Job summary

Sea Fox Boats, based in Moncks Corner, SC, is seeking an experienced Console / Interior Installer to join our production team. The role involves installing console assemblies, interior components, and related hardware to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finished appearance.

Ideal candidates have marine manufacturing experience, strong installation skills, and a pride in delivering high-quality boats. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered; new hires are eligible after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine manufacturing required.
• Experience installing boat interiors and consoles required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
• Experience using hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work independently and with a production team.
• Dependable attendance and ability to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Install console assemblies, interior components, and related hardware per production specs.
• Install dash assemblies, steering systems, gauges, switches, seating components, storage features, and other interior components.
• Measure, position, align, and secure components for proper fit and finish.
• Route and connect wiring, controls, and related components per specifications.
• Perform installation of hardware, fasteners, brackets, and accessories using appropriate tools.
• Inspect completed installations for proper operation and appearance.
