Job summary

Sea Fox Boats is seeking an experienced Hull and/or Deck Rigger to join our production team in Moncks Corner, SC. The role responsibilities include installing, routing, securing, and connecting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and rigging components during boat construction.

The ideal candidate brings marine manufacturing experience, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in marine manufacturing or boat-building environments.
• Experience with hull and/or deck rigging and marine electrical/plumbing systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, wiring layouts, and production specs.
• Ability to measure, drill, cut, route, fit and install components to specs.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, connect, and secure rigging components in hulls and decks per production specs.
• Install wiring, hoses, cables, pumps, fittings, hardware, controls and other rigging items.
• Route electrical, plumbing, fuel, bilge, livewell and other systems per procedures.
• Use hand and power tools to install components and secure them properly.
• Measure, position, align, and secure components for proper fit and finish.
• Drill, cut, fasten, and modify components to meet specs.
• Connect electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components as assigned.
• Inspect work for proper installation, routing, and functionality.
• Identify and correct issues before moving to next production stage.
• Follow drawings, work instructions, diagrams, and rigging procedures.
