Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a CAD Drafter to plan and develop engineering drawings, BOMs, and documentation for marine products from concept to final configuration. You will create 3‑D models, build drawings, and support prototype development and testing.

Working with PD&E, you will ensure documentation accuracy, assist with ECNs, and maintain the documentation load plan for new models while coordinating with Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in CAD Drafting or Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years CAD drafting and documentation experience required.
• 3D CAD modeling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, layout and develop engineering drawings and BOMs for marine products.
• Contribute to prototype development, documentation and testing of new products.
• Maintain accurate documentation meeting engineering and business standards.
• Assist in ECN implementation and build drawing maintenance with PD&E teams.
• Generate and review BOMs and documentation loads for new models.
