Job Description:

Ohio Boat Manufacturer repairs, restores, and refinishes boats. Key responsibilities include:

1. Sanding boat areas to be gelcoated and applying masking tape or paper to protect other areas from paint.
2. Priming and painting repaired surfaces using paint spray guns and motorized sanders.
3. Filing, grinding, sanding, and smoothing filled or repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
4. Mixing polyester resins and hardeners for final finishing processes.
5. Removing small pits and dimples in boats.
6. Keeping the work area clean and organized.
