Job summary

Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, is seeking an Assembler to install decking and flooring, fit fencing on pontoons, assemble seating and consoles, wire components and more. This hands-on, safety‑focused role helps bring products from design to the water.

You will follow SOPs, read engineering prints, use electric and pneumatic tools, inspect quality, and work with a team on a takt-time driven line.

Qualifications

• Must wear required PPE where designated (safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves).
• Flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business.
• Ability to read a blueprint.
• Previous manufacturing and/or machinery experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate and work in a team environment.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Must possess the desire and ambition to work safely at all times, and report all hazards to their Supervisor immediately.
• Ability to understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Engineering Prints.
• Visually inspect and/or audit units for quality. Discuss quality issues with lead or supervisor to resolve problems.
• Use a variety of electric and pneumatic hand tools.
• Seek positive solutions to issues and problems.
• Must be able to complete work within takt time.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain a high standard of conduct and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
