Job summary

Twin Disc, a leading designer and manufacturer of marine power transmission solutions, seeks an Area Sales Manager - Marine for North America. You will drive sales growth, build OEM and distributor partnerships, and translate market insights into product strategies.

In this role you will develop territory plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum of five years in technical sales, product application engineering, sales management, or marketing.
• Proven success selling technical products through OEM and distribution channels.
• Experience developing and implementing sales strategies that drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and trade events.
• Drive sales growth for Twin Disc's complete marine product portfolio.
• Build and strengthen relationships with engine OEMs, shipyards, naval architects, distributors, and end users.
• Lead negotiations and close significant sales opportunities.
