Tradesmen International is the nation’s leading provider of skilled craftsmen, helping contractors to get their jobs done safely, on-time, and with the highest quality. Our Marine Division supports shipyards, yacht yards, and maritime contractors across major port cities in the United States.

As a Marine Account Executive candidate, you should possess strong relationship-building skills and have 3 or more years of maritime and/or government-related sales experience. Familiarity with maritime terminology and a basic understanding of the shipbuilding and ship repair industry are essential. You should also be willing to represent Tradesmen at local industry association events and adapt well to various social environments.

You will need the ability to work within a specialized team that may include workforce coordinators, project coordinators, inside sales personnel, and report to Marine sales leadership. Demonstrating leadership in growing your quad-regional territory is crucial. Proficiency with technology, including smartphones, tablets, CRM software, and Office 365, is highly desirable. We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, access to an active client base, Tradesmen CRM software, a monthly auto allowance, and a company-issued iPhone and laptop. This role is ideal for a dedicated sales professional eager to build lasting relationships in the maritime industry.

Job Requirements/Basic Qualifications:

The Marine Account Executive must thrive in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a proven sales track record. A team-oriented attitude and a passion for sales are essential for success and earning potential.

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.
  • At least 3 years of maritime and/or government-related sales experience.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and using smartphones/laptops.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
