Safe Harbor Marinas is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Service Manager, team, and customers at our Wakefield, RI marina location. You will estimate, schedule, and guide work orders for technicians, ensuring timely completion and accurate invoicing and collections.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with ABYC or manufacturer certifications preferred; warranty processing, part ordering, and inventory experience are advantageous. Full benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warranty processing / part ordering / inventory experience preferred.
• ABYC and/or manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Service Manager, Service Team, and customers.
• Determine all needs and act as liaison between customers and Service Manager.
• Provide clear and precise instructions on the work order for technicians.
• Estimate and schedule all required work.
• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Generate invoice for all work provided by service departments.
• Collect payment in a timely manner.
