Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Marina Operations Coordinator to support the Marina Maintenance department. You will oversee the administration and optimization of the work order system, ensuring proper prioritization, coordination of maintenance activities, and timely resolution of tasks.

This role provides direct administrative support to Marina leadership, assisting with scheduling, documentation, and organizational tasks that enhance departmental oversight.

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative support experience in operations, facilities, or maintenance.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Ability to generate reports and dashboards from work order data.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Port’s work order system for the Marina Operations team.
• Audit work orders for accuracy across cost centers, labor hours, and inventory.
• Analyze work order data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor equipment certifications and coordinate with IT or vendors for system issues.
• Prepare and distribute work order metric reports (completion rates, response times, backlog).
• Support scheduling, documentation, and meetings for Marina leadership and projects.
