You will train and supervise staff, manage fuel dock and store inventory, maintain docks and facilities, enforce safety procedures, and coordinate with regulators while delivering outstanding customer service to guests and customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years previous marina experience, with comprehensive maintenance responsibilities.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have recreational boating background and knowledge of small boat handling and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Trains, schedules, and supervises all personnel.
• Develops employees for progression and advancement within the Company.
• Oversees daily harbor operations and safety compliance.
• Manages fuel dock, store, and other revenue streams with inventory control.
• Ensures proper maintenance of docks, buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Communicates with customers professionally and resolves issues per guidelines.
• Maintains safekeeping of marina assets and conducts routine inspections.
• Organizes events and promotes marina to maximize business opportunities.
