Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and train a team.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Strong attention to safety standards and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills for launch schedules, inventory, and timekeeping.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and pass background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day marina operations including fueling, rentals, maintenance, dock ops, and store management.
• Direct, coach, and develop dock staff to uphold safety and customer service standards.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop dock personnel on procedures and safety practices.
• Serve as main contact for marina customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Operate marina equipment safely to manage boat movements and storage.
• Inspect docks, facilities, equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Use Lightspeed and SpeedyDock to support daily operations and schedules.
• Complete end-of-day reporting and communicate updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to meet business goals.
