Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a skilled Marine Technician at Clemson Marina in Seneca, SC. You will diagnose, repair and maintain boats, working on outboard and inboard engines. You will prepare quotes, document work, and ensure safety and quality in every service order.

The role offers a base pay with commission potential, paid vacation, medical/dental/vision benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Valid driver’s license and reliable tools are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Marine Technician with diagnostic capabilities.
• Experience with outboard and inboard engine systems.
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with limited oversight.
• Willingness to pursue industry certifications.
• Familiarity with tools and their uses; must provide personal basic-use mechanical tools.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Perform installs, repairs and maintenance on boats, including propulsion and vessel components.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using professional tools.
• Build repair quotes and estimate labor time for approvals.
• Conduct vessel safety inspections and review service histories.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
