Pyramid Global Hospitality operates Naples Bay Resort & Marina in Naples, Florida, a premier waterfront destination. We are seeking a dedicated team member to help manage marina operations, ship store duties, and guest services, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences across the resort’s amenities.

The role offers hands-on leadership, collaboration across departments, and opportunities to grow within a people-first culture at a luxury property within the Pyramid portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily marina operations management, dock activities, slip assignments, vessel arrivals/departures, and boat rental operations.
• Monitor marina activity to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Coordinate vessel movements, docking assistance, and dock assignments while prioritizing guest and vessel safety.
• Inspect docks, walkways, slips, equipment, and marina facilities for cleanliness and proper condition.
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain records of slip assignments, vessel information, rental activity, and logs.
• Oversee daily operations of The Waves Ship Store, keeping it clean, stocked, and welcoming.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with retail purchases and merchandise.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
• Monitor inventory, organize merchandise, replenish shelves, and report ordering needs.
• Maintain attractive displays and pricing; ensure accurate inventory.
• Support monitoring of retail sales and opportunities to improve satisfaction and revenue.
• Ensure ship store and surrounding areas meet resort standards.
• Coordinate staffing to maintain coverage.
• Communicate operational concerns and feedback to management.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests, marina customers, boat owners, and club members.
• Assist with docking, departure preparations, and marina-related requests.
• Respond promptly to questions and service issues.
• Communicate marina procedures and services clearly.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Guest Services, Security, Engineering, F&B, and other departments.
• Assist in supervising and coaching marina/ship store associates.
• Ensure service standards and safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with orientation, training, and performance feedback.
• Promote teamwork and a positive working environment.
• Report accidents, injuries, and safety concerns promptly.
• Support compliance with regulations including boating safety and environment.
