Job summary

Whitetail Club is seeking a Marina Attendant to oversee daily marina operations, coordinate with reservations, and enhance guest experiences at the docks. The role includes boat launches, tours, and sailing lessons, with a focus on safety and accuracy in all processes.

The position requires 21+ with boating experience, a valid license, and a background in marina or recreation settings. CPR/First Aid and sailing/kayak familiarity are preferred, with strong customer service and multitasking skills

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience launching boats with safety and accuracy.
• 3 years in Marina/Recreation industry.
• Sailing and Kayak experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet of boats and marina equipment.
• Accurately track marina slip, boat, and equipment rentals.
• Verify marina reservations daily and prep for activities.
• Manage end of day returns of boats (docking, cleanup, line maintenance).
• Prepare and captain lake tours and sailing lessons.
• Organize seasonal and daily slip rentals.
• Maintain marina lines and fenders; clean marina areas.
• Conduct daily preventative boat maintenance (fluid checks, lift maintenance).
• Assist with docking guests’ boats and fueling fleet boats.
• Launch company fleet boats and guests’ boats at the ramp.
• Be versed in resort operations to assist as needed.
• Take initiative on projects without direct supervision.
