POSITIONPURPOSE:

The Marina Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marina, ensuring that all activities align with budgetary guidelines and operational goals. This role requires a strong focus on improving guest services, enhancing performance and efficiency, and maximizing profitability. The Marina Manager will work in collaboration with the General Manager, Home Office, and other team members to foster an environment of teamwork and excellence. This position demands a proactive leader who exemplifies exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional company image in all interactions.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• WorkswiththeGeneralManagertoachievefinancialresultsaccordingtotheannualoperatingandcapitalbudgets

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment, and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter and able to work independently. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and computer literacy. Manages several projects at one time and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of employees.

EDUCATIONAND EXPERIENCE:

• Two to Three (2-3) years previous management experience which included direction of employees, accounting and relatedbudgetingactivities,inventorycontrol,advertising,andcustomerrelations.Marinerelatedexperiencerequired
