Job summary

Advenco LLC in Winchester, CA is seeking a hands-on Marina Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of boat, dock, trailer, and equipment upkeep. You will supervise inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep the marina operating safely and efficiently.

The role requires diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining records, managing budgets, and supporting boat rental operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining boats, docks, trailers and marina equipment.
• Knowledge of boats, marine systems, outboard engines, docks, trailers.
• Hands-on with power tools and hand tools for onsite repairs.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with staff, customers, contractors.
• Organized, efficient with computers (Microsoft Office).
• Lead and motivate others as a team player.
• Capable of standing 8 hours and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Prepared for weekends/holidays and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance schedule for boats, docks, trailers, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of rental fleet and marina infrastructure.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on boats and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, steering, fuel, cooling, and hydraulic issues.
• Coordinate with contractors to maintain equipment in sound condition.
• Assist in budgeting related to boat, dock, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and documents.
• Monitor facility conditions and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Oversee site projects, upgrades, and repairs safely.
• Ensure safety procedures for fuel operations and equipment are updated.
• Assist boat rental operations and marina staff during peak periods.
• Maintain marina clean, safe, professional condition.
• Be prepared for weekends/holidays and emergencies.
• Assist with other projects as requested.
