Job summary

Brunswick invites you to join Freedom Boat Club as a part‑time dock team member by the water. Greet members, answer questions, and help with reservations on docks and in marinas, while delivering friendly, professional service.

This role requires weekday, weekend and holiday availability, a willingness to work outdoors, and the ability to operate a handheld tablet. The anticipated pay is $15 hourly, with benefits including a 401k match, wellbeing program, and product purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and use handheld tablets and communicate by phone.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Make and answer telephone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Navigate the reservation system via handheld tablet.
• Complete daily clerical work to prepare reservation system, fuel logs and weather reports.
• Familiarize yourself with local waters to provide basic guidance to members.
• Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• Support the team to reach common goals.
• Ensure your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
• Work outside in the state's elements and stand for an extended period of time.
