Job summary

Suntex Marinas in Tidewater, Portsmouth, VA is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead the front desk/store team, drive sales and rentals, and uphold world-class customer service standards. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Guest Services team operations under the supervision of the General Manager or Guest Services Manager, ensuring world class customer service.
• Train Guest Services teams to promote sales, rentals and meet Suntex Marinas’ expectations for service.
• Ensure marina customers are satisfied with services provided.
• Ensure rental fleet and watersport equipment are clean and in perfect working order, giving guests the best experience on the water.
