Job summary

Goodhue Boat Company in Wolfeboro, NH is seeking a Full-Time Forklift Operator and Yard Crew to support daily marina operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist the Yard Manager with boat handling, equipment inspections, and safety compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and teamwork. Benefits include health and PTO, with opportunities for growth within a family-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience using heavy equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Experience using SpeedyDock and marina forklift preferred.
• Excellent communication; thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Move boats using tractors, trucks and marina forklifts.
• Assist in launching and racking boats.
• Transport trailered boats using pickup trucks to other locations.
• Complete daily inspections of all equipment.
• Maintain and update boat locations in SpeedyDock.
