Job summary

Suntex Marinas in Canton, GA is seeking a Dry Storage Associate to help manage vessel retrieval, storage, and launch while delivering superior guest services.

You will also assist as a dockhand when needed, aiding with transport to dockside and provisioning. The role requires a friendly attitude, reliability, and the ability to adapt to marina operations. Weekend/holiday hours may be required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of marina operations or willingness to be trained in them.
• Proven track record interfacing with customers positively and successfully.
• Exhibited ability to quickly adapt to change as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean vessels when removed from dry storage.
• Provide the highest level of customer and guest services, expedite requests from vessels including transport of patrons and baggage to and from dockside, delivery of provisions and packages.
• Carry out routine cleaning duties meeting established quality standards for marina-related operations; ensure standards are maintained and that quality and delivery commitments are met.
