Job summary

The Dockmaster will be mainly responsible for operations directly associated with boating customers and will assist the Marina Manager as needed, acting in their stead when required.

The Dockmaster will compile and report on the Marina's Wet Slip and General Accounting performance, perform clerical duties, maintain slip records, renew licenses, process agreements and deposits, and greet the public with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in general Office procedures and has worked with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for all sectors of the Marina.
• Maintain wet slip account files and archiving of boat records.
• Process new Slip Holder/Transient Agreements and Deposits.
• Enter all receipts for payments into accounting software and prepare daily deposits.
