Job summary

Morningstar Marinas, LLC on the Georgia coast is seeking a proactive marina operations professional to deliver premium customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will report to the General Manager and Marina Manager, helping manage dock traffic and guest interactions while maintaining a calm, guest-focused atmosphere.

You will drive operational improvements, be a boating advocate, and ensure safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences across our marina operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Independence, curiosity and creativity in handling daily tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Willingness to learn all marina operations beyond dock master duties.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Report to the General Manager and Marina Manager.
• Create and operate in a clean, secure environment ensuring safety for employees and customers.
• Recognize and deliver premium customer service aligned with marina goals.
• Manage visiting transient boaters, dock flow, and day-to-day operations.
• Become a trusted sales and boating advocate for the marina.
• Drive efficiencies, implement improvements, and pursue customer satisfaction.
