Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of marina operations, boat lifting, handling, towing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Positive attitude, good communication, and ability to relate to customers in a luxury environment.
• Understanding of marina documentation such as agreements, contracts, terms and conditions, and marina regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sets and provides the highest level of customer/guest services and expedites any and all requests from vessels
• Schedules and manages all dockhands in marina related duties such as securing boats, fuel, black water pump outs, connecting and monitoring utility services, and waste disposal. Leads the dockhands by example.
• Performs daily inspection of the docks, works with maintenance manager in scheduling general repair and maintenance of the docks in order to maintain safety and cleanliness standards and to identify issues requiring maintenance, repair or replacement.
• Routinely operates, motor and water vehicles and other various mechanized equipment
