Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Dock Attendant for Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale, a luxury waterfront destination with a vibrant marina and multiple dining options. This role supports guests and vessels, ensuring safe, seamless marina operations and excellent service across hotel guests and residence/club members alike.

Responsibilities include guest welcome, vessel tie-ups, check-ins, on-site guest assistance, and fuel operations with safety training.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate golf carts.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the marina.
• Assist with tying up vessels and marina arrivals.
• Check guests in to the marina and respond to needs during stay.
• Provide on-site customer service for residents, club members and hotel guests.
• Answer questions about the property and local attractions.
• Fuels vessels as PIC and manage fuel spills and cleanups.
• Attend annual fuel training.
• Accept packages or arrange deliveries to marina guests.
• Operate golf cart for mobility around the docks.
• Provide pump-out services to marina guests.
• Patrol docks and monitor safety standards, relaying info by radio.
• Assist with departures and notify the office of vessel movements.
• Maintain ice inventory and assist customers with ice needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
