We currently have an opportunity for a Marina Front Desk Supervisor to join our Pier Sixty‑Six Resort team!

Responsibilities

The Marina Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. Serves as the first point of contact for guests, boat owners, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, coordinating dockage, and supporting daily marina operations. This role also supports staff, manages reservations, and handles billing and financial transactions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist marina guests, tenants, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage slip and dock reservations, including check‑ins and check‑outs
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding marina services, rates, and availability
  • Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with dock staff to assign slips and ensure smooth vessel arrivals/departures
  • Maintain updated records of boat registrations, insurance, and tenant information
  • Provide information about marina amenities, local attractions, and weather conditions
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Monitor marina activity and report safety or security concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and office area
  • Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations
  • Manage slip reservations, check‑ins, and departures
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Provide exceptional, concierge‑level customer service
  • Resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with dock staff and marina operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records and daily reports
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hospitality, marina, or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with billing systems and handling financial transactions
  • Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset
Schedule
  • Full‑time
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above
  • Must be physically able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate in English effectively with other individuals
  • Must be able to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors and the public
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
