The Marina Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. Serves as the first point of contact for guests, boat owners, and visitors. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, coordinating dockage, and supporting daily marina operations. This role also supports staff, manages reservations, and handles billing and financial transactions with precision and professionalism.
