Job summary

About the Race:

Alabama HD-10 will be one of the most competitive Alabama State Legislative races in 2026. In 2024, Marilyn Lands flipped the seat in a special election - proving just how competitive this district is. Marilyn is a long-time community leader who has lived in HD-10 for over 30 years. As a State Representative, she has led the way on improving healthcare access, protecting our rights and freedoms, and making it easier for Alabama families to get ahead.

What you will do:

The Field Director will lead all voter contact and volunteer organizing efforts for the campaign. This person will be responsible for executing a comprehensive field program focused on voter persuasion, volunteer recruitment, and Get Out The Vote.

The Field Director will report directly to the Campaign Manager and work closely with campaign leadership to meet voter contact goals.
