Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Middle Office Operations Margin Specialist based in Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Lake Mary, FL, or New York, NY. You will manage margin risk, resolve margin calls, and collaborate across clearing, product, and engineering teams to improve efficiency and standards.

Ideal candidates have FINRA Series 7 and 63, knowledge of Regulation T, and experience with retail margin calls, with potential bonus for Series 24. In-person attendance is expected at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required.
• Understanding of equities and option strategies.
• Experience with retail client margin calls.
• Proficiency with technology and data-driven tools.
• Knowledge of Regulation T and FINRA Rule 4210.
• Familiarity with Robinhood products.
• Bonus: FINRA Series 24.

Responsibilities

• Review daily margin calls and execute margin sellout process.
• Recovery efforts across multiple entities for reconciliation.
• Leverage AI-driven initiatives to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Serve as expert during outages and participate in on-call rotation.
• Drive testing of new products and existing processes for stability and compliance.
• Resolve margin-related escalations in a timely and compliant manner.
• Mitigate risk through intraday alert monitoring and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clearing, engineering, product, and international teams.
• Monitor margin interest rates and support negotiated/promotional programs.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to Help Center articles.
