Robinhood is seeking a Middle Office Operations Margin Specialist to manage account-level risk and daily margin activities. You will resolve margin calls, monitor risk, and drive process improvements using AI tools. The role involves cross-functional work with clearing, engineering, and product teams across multiple U.S.

offices. Based in Denver, Chicago, Lake Mary, or NYC with in-person attendance required at least 3 days weekly, you will help scale our margin product while upholding strict

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required.
• Understanding of equities and option strategies.
• Proficiency with data-driven tools and automation.
• Strong analytical skills and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Review daily margin calls and execute margin sellout processes.
• Assist with reconciliation across multiple entities.
• Leverage AI-driven initiatives to improve workflows and accuracy.
• Serve as SME during outages and participate in on-call rotations.
• Drive testing of new products and conduct routine testing for stability and compliance.
• Resolve margin-related escalations promptly and compliantly.
• Monitor intraday alerts and manage customer risk.
• Collaborate with clearing, engineering, product, and international teams to improve onboarding and standards.
