Location:

  • This is a remote position (some travel may be required as needed). We will provide all equipment to do the necessary functionalities of the position.

What you’ll Do:

The Margin Manager is responsible for driving margin enhancement within the Heritage Pool Supply Group.

  • Engage with Regional Leadership to analyze, prioritize and execute on margin enhancing opportunities via pricing
  • Drive margin improvement across the broader irrigation business portfolio
  • Drive insight creation, impact tracking and reporting of margin performance
  • Must be an influencer and capable of becoming the trusted advisor on margin enhancing price activity for the operating business

Requirements We Look For:

  • 3 years working in a pricing, purchasing, FP&A or similar role focused on enhancing profitability.
  • 4 year college degree, MBA a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in other Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with DMSI Agility is a plus
  • Able to travel <10% annually
