Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Margin and Collateral specialist within Market operations. You will help drive client services, process margin calls, and manage transfers under appropriate legal documents to support bilateral OTC derivative collateral requirements.

Role focuses on maintaining client relationships, risk mitigation, and collaboration with Front/Middle Office and core processing teams. Full five days in office with comprehensive benefits and rewards."

Responsibilities

• Remain client focused, able to work independently under strict deadlines with limited supervision, be control oriented.
• Process efficiently and accurately both outgoing and incoming margin calls and provide transparency to the client on the margin call when needed.
• Ensure all transfers agreed are eligible under the appropriate legal document.
• Respond to client inquiries, and when needed, coordinate with the appropriate Front/Middle Office as well as the core processing area in order to facilitate resolution.
• Identify and resolve client disputes related to both collateral and trade settlement discrepancies.
• Perform Risk Mitigation (Operational, Financial and Reputational).
• Maintain and build excellent relationships with both internal partners and external clients.
