Job summary

Liberty High School, part of Academy District 20, seeks a woodwind instructor to teach flute, clarinet, and saxophone within sectional and large group settings of the marching band. You will also guide students in visual responsibilities and marching technique and support full ensemble rehearsals alongside other coaches and staff.

• Experience coaching or teaching band or choir activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work with diverse students, staff, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Teach woodwind instruments (flute, clarinet, saxophone) in sectional and large-group settings.
• Assist in full ensemble rehearsals and marching band activities.
• Collaborate with coaches, staff, and directors to deliver high-quality instruction.
