Job summary

Founded in 1983, C&E specializes in janitorial operations and specialty floor-care services for luxury high-rise condominiums and Class A commercial properties throughout South Florida. The Marble Floor Restoration Technician role requires hands-on experience restoring natural stone floors, including diamond grinding, honing, polishing, and sealing for luxury properties in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional marble or natural-stone restoration experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a restoration crew.
• Flexible availability for evening, overnight, and weekend projects when required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diamond grinding, honing, polishing, and restoration of marble and other natural-stone floors.
• Remove scratches, etching, uneven finishes, stains, and other surface imperfections.
• Perform crystallization, compound polishing, buffing, and sealing as required.
• Complete both high-gloss and matte/honed finishes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in occupied properties.
• Properly handle equipment, diamonds, chemicals, sealers, and other materials.
• Inspect completed work for clarity, uniformity, edge consistency, and overall quality.
• Communicate project progress, floor conditions, and potential concerns to management.
• Follow all company procedures and property-specific rules.
