Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate to work onsite in a fast-paced AI quality environment. You will evaluate outputs, identify gaps, and help improve how systems behave in real-world scenarios.

Position is 100% onsite, 40 hours per week, with a 1-year contract and possible extension. Requires a university degree, native-level English, and strong writing skills. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level language proficiency and a university degree.
• 2+ years of writing experience with structured writing skills.
• Ability to apply complex writing rules and guidelines consistently.
• Strong understanding of safety considerations in GenAI data delivery.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior and identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution of them.
• Document findings clearly and concisely for stakeholders.
