Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a MAR/SOX Compliance Subject Matter Expert for a 3-month contract in the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields.
• 7 years of auditing or MAR/SOX/compliance experience.
• Experience with SOX, Adobe, Teams, Excel, and Word.
• Must have own computer with working camera.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for MAR/SOX compliance programs supporting annual reporting to the Department of Insurance.
• Evaluate internal control structures and policies across financial records, operations, and IT.
• Complete risk assessments, document risks and controls, and test methods for effectiveness.
