Journeys In Community Living seeks a capable MAPs Supervisor to lead Life Skills Technology Coaches and support program operations in a community-based setting.
The role combines supervisory duties with direct participant services, requiring strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. A valid TN driver's license and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred, with flexibility for travel and varied hours.
TheMAPs Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to MAPs Life Skills Technology Coaches while assisting the MAPs Program Director with program operations, compliance, quality assurance, and staff development. The Supervisor will maintain a small participant caseload and provide direct services as needed.
Full-time | Exempt | 40 hours/week | Reports to MAPs Program Director
This is a community-based position requiring travel and both in-person and virtual services. The position may require sitting, standing, walking, driving, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting participants with activities of daily living.
A flexible schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on program needs.
Employment requires a successful background check, applicable security clearance, TB screening/assessment, and completion of all required training and certifications.
