Job summary

Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a full-time DSP Job Coach in Dickson, TN to support MAPs participants in employment, independent living, and community involvement. You will provide on-site and remote coaching to help participants build skills, confidence, and real-world independence.

The role emphasizes empowering individuals to pursue competitive integrated employment, manage daily living tasks, and engage with technology to enhance independence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organization and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and remote MAPs participant support based on individualized goals.
• Help participants move toward goals across Years 1–3 of the MAPs program.
• Develop individualized community resource maps with the MAPs Director.
• Promote independence, dignity, and participant choice in all tasks.
• Document services and progress accurately and on time.
