Lyft is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Mapping team to scale a large, user-facing mapping experience. You will mentor engineers, align backlogs with product goals, and drive high-quality shipping through leadership and collaboration.

You will lead a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver impactful mapping features for millions of riders and drivers in a hybrid in-office model.

• Experience leading software engineering teams through tough problems.
• Ability to decompose complex business problems and lead a team in solving them in a fast-paced but rigorous fashion.
• Excellent communication skills and mentorship abilities.
