Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dosing of MAT program clients.
• Assesses clients for dose changes and follows orders per protocol.
• Transcribes and implements physician orders accurately.
• Documents and communicates with staff on client concerns.
• Performs daily methadone tally and counts.
• Coordinates care between clinic and other providers.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Attends mandatory trainings and meetings.
