Qualifications

• Professional experience showing organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail as evidenced by materials.
• Experience demonstrating effective communication, as evidenced by materials.
• Ability to maintain a schedule with minimal supervision as evidenced by materials.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tech without formal training.
• Ability to work a minimum of 9 hours per week in 2-hour or longer shifts, per materials.

Responsibilities

• 70%: Housing and inventorying manuscript collections.
• 20%: Special projects supporting the Manuscripts Processing Team (recycling, archival supply management, etc.).
• 10%: Gaining library and archives experience through professional development opportunities.
