LM2 Resource Solutions seeks a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for a premier facility in Kinston, NC. You will keep production lines running by performing mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting downtime, and completing preventative tasks in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment.

The ideal candidate owns basic hand tools, can read blueprints and schematics, and is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs while working rotating 12-hour swing shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.
• Must possess and maintain your own basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work the required swing shift schedule (12-hour day and night shifts).
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability and safety.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to maintain production flow.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs and parts used.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols, including LOTO.

Pay Range: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Shift: Swing Shift Schedule

4 Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

3 Days: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Role Overview

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a premier manufacturing facility in Kinston, NC. This role is critical to ensuring production lines remain operational and efficient. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment and possesses a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and support 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure long-term machine reliability and safety.
• Rapid Response: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the floor to maintain production flow.
• System Upkeep: Maintain accurate logs of repairs and parts used.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
