Qualifications

• Current high school junior graduating in May/June 2028 and enrolled in a Racine Unified School District high school.
• Eligible to participate in the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) Youth Apprenticeship Program.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to complete assigned work independently with appropriate supervision and direction.
• Willingness and ability to learn, solve problems, think critically, and adapt to a variety of tasks and processes.

Responsabilités

• Train on, operate low-tech packaging equipment as appropriate and trained.
• Follow all safety rules, standard work, and SOPs, including safety checks and procedures.
• Participate in required safety activities and risk assessments.
• Maintain records and assist with basic maintenance tasks as trained.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and contribute to a clean, safe work environment.
