Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading advanced manufacturing company in Exeter, NH to hire Utility Operators. These positions support the production process by ensuring materials, products, and equipment flow efficiently throughout the facility.

This is a great opportunity to join a clean, climate-controlled environment with training, growth, and long-term career advancement. Available shifts include 2nd, 3rd, and weekend options with hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production teams by ensuring machines and workstations remain supplied with materials.
• Perform product handling, packaging, and movement between departments.
• Monitor production processes and communicate concerns to team leads.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist with quality inspections and process checks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with 5S standards.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
