Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Functional Technician III in Westborough, MA to troubleshoot, assemble, and drive process improvements on the shop floor. You will work closely with engineering to optimize tooling, fixtures, and test setups, ensuring quality and traceability.

You will manage multiple tasks with deadlines, communicate clearly with team members, and follow English technical documentation to support continuous improvement and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple assignments with deadlines.
• Strong troubleshooting in installation, fault finding, and repairs.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing products using data and observations to identify root causes.
• Perform hardware inspections, document findings, ensure quality standards.
• Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and wiring with precision and traceability.
• Provide feedback to engineering on tooling, debugging processes, and test setups to improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update SOPs, documenting process improvements and changes to support continuous improvement.
