Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience or training preferred.
• Bachelor Degree and above.
• Ability to read, understand and comprehend safety rules and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• 1 Responsible for all new hire onboarding after orientation.
• 2 Ensure HR, ER, and training documentation is submitted on time and complete.
• 3 Support internal and external audits.
• 4 Create and implement a training program for new and existing team members.
• 5 Support training related to cross-functional department needs for production.
• 6 Distribute, collect and facilitate training related to quality alerts.
• 7 Continuously improve the training plan.
• 8 Improve safety, quality and production through training of the team.
• 9 Collect data to improve training and performance; develop monthly and seasonal reports.
• 10 Other duties as assigned.
• 11 Management may re-assign duties as needed.
