Job summary

Mars is seeking a Training Coordinator in Albany, GA to lead the development, execution and tracking of our site training programs. You will own the application and delivery of MARS MSE Education & Training programs, creating materials and coordinating sessions across value streams.

The role requires hands-on training delivery, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and occasional after-hours sessions to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement: 12+ months in role and manager approval.
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years experience in developing and delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
In good standing with current role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain training records by Value Stream site-wide.
Develop training materials such as videos, presentations, SOPs, pamphlets, e-learnings.
Coordinate with external vendors to provide technical training.
Serve as a presenter of training materials, including nights and weekends when needed.
Provide OJT Trainer sessions to production and maintenance staff to enable delivery of modules.
Schedule and coordinate individual and team training sessions.
Continuously seek and support new training approaches and processes.
Work with CVS to develop training requirements for new projects and processes.
