Job summary

Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing (KMM) is seeking a Site Quality Manager to oversee the Quality Management System, lead quality personnel, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will manage audits, CAPA programs, and customer-focused quality standards, collaborating with production, program management, and customers to improve processes, reduce waste, and maintain compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with management experience or equivalent quality and leadership experience.
• Experience with auditing, CAPA programs, manufacturing environments, and interpreting technical documentation.
• Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections, monitor quality metrics, and support product realization activities.
• Facilitate training and competency development of quality personnel.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on quality data and process performance.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions and manage audits.
