Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or similar operations.
• Experience developing, coordinating, delivering, or supporting employee training programs.
• Experience with on-the-job training, workforce development, skills certification, or operator qualification programs preferred.
• Experience creating training materials and instructional content preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvements to the site's manufacturing training program.
• Develop and manage operator qualification, skills matrices, and cross-training plans.
• Create, maintain, and translate training content and standard work instructions.
• Coordinate safety training, compliance records, and audits across locations.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire training processes.
• Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics and data.
