Job summary

Monin is seeking a Manufacturing Training Lead Operator to drive hands-on training across the plant, enhancing knowledge, skills, and performance. You will cover shifts as needed and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and process standards while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

You will create detailed instructions, track training records, and collaborate with Syrup, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support operational excellence and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Able to lead training sessions and coordinate across teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in creating work instructions and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on training to improve employee knowledge and performance.
• Cover different shifts to support training needs and supervisor back-up.
• Train on equipment operation, safety, quality standards, and processes.
• Maintain training records for audits and certification requirements.
• Develop and integrate work instructions into Poka and other systems.
