Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and drive the training strategy for the Direct Labor workforce.

You will align training with production plans, coordinate onboarding, and lead needs analyses in collaboration with Operations and HR leadership to ensure readiness and continuous improvement. The role requires 5–8 years in training coordination within manufacturing, with strong communication and facilitation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or operations support.
• Experience supporting Direct Labor or manufacturing/operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis, skill gap analysis, and competency development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the training and development strategy for the Direct Labor workforce.
• Establish annual training plans, priorities, and development programs.
• Partner with Operations and HR leadership to identify capability requirements.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external providers as needed.
• Support creation of training materials, SOPs, and assessment tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
