Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Technical Training Lead at the Temple, TX site. The role drives the overarching training program across all site departments, delivering training materials and managing LMS-based learning activities to improve workforce skills.

The candidate will coordinate with the Supply Excellence pillar, develop training content, track participation, and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions, ensuring alignment with GMPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, Adult Education, Business Management, or related manufacturing field.
• 3 years of experience in developing and delivering training in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and LMS software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site training program across all departments.
• Create training materials, track participation, and coordinate logistics.
• Deliver training sessions and Train the Trainer programs as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve program effectiveness and ensure audits.
